Murayama Hills
There are small temples and shrines throughout Japan but one became a favorite of mine because of its isolation. A place where I would stop, walk and linger. Along the paths were statues, memorials, jizo, and burial sites for the unborn. This was in the mid 70s and I can nothing of it on the web but I am sure it is still there, a place for contemplation and lost souls like mine.
